All ANIMEXIA creations are conceptualized in our Mayfair studio and individually atelier-crafted within the United Kingdom. As our pieces are produced individually upon client commission to maintain a strict zero-waste philosophy, product imagery is for high-end editorial representation only. Tonal variations, saturation, and textures may vary slightly depending on your personal hardware screen calibration and settings. We reserve the absolute right to withdraw any design collection from the website at any time without notice.

Orders and Payment Processing

All orders placed through animexia.co.uk are subject to structural verification and raw material availability. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not constitute formal acceptance of your order. Formal contract acceptance occurs when your item enters the regional dispatch lane. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of any applicable statutory taxes. Payment must be completely authorized and received before any item enters production handling.

Bespoke Creation Parameters

As each product is created bespoke on an individual unit basis, commissions cannot be cancelled or modified once production handling has commenced. You are solely responsible for selecting the correct smartphone model variation and finish specifications before finalizing checkout. ANIMEXIA accepts no liability for orders placed with incorrect model specifications, all of which are governed by our global Returns and Refund Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently distribute pieces to verified addresses within the United Kingdom exclusively. All ANIMEXIA cases are handled and safely dispatched from our regional United Kingdom production and fulfillment infrastructure, ensuring every single order is hand-finished and shipped locally from within the UK.
