Animexia is the trading name of ANIMEXIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17241676, with its registered office at 45 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4JL. You may write to us at hello@animexia.co.uk.

These terms
These terms apply to your use of animexia.co.uk and to any order you place with us. Please read them carefully before ordering, and keep a copy for your reference. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Ordering from us
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline an order where we are unable to fulfil it, in which case we will let you know and refund any payment in full.

How the contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy from us. Our acceptance takes place when we email you to confirm your order, at which point a contract is formed between you and ANIMEXIA LTD.

Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery within the United Kingdom is complimentary on every order. Payment is taken in full when your order is placed, and your case enters production once payment is confirmed.

Our cases
Each Animexia case is designed by us and made to order in the United Kingdom. We take every care to show our designs accurately, though colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. We may withdraw or change designs from our shop at any time, which will not affect orders already confirmed.

Choosing your phone model
Each case is made for a specific phone model. Please confirm your model with care before completing your order.

Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and arrangements are set out in our Delivery policy.

Cancellations and returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your case. To do so, please write to hello@animexia.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision, quoting your order number. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, although you are not required to do so. Your rights to cancel, return and receive a refund are set out in full in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Faulty or damaged cases
If your case arrives damaged or shows a fault in its making, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable. We supply our cases for domestic and private use only, and we are not liable for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Using our website
You agree to use animexia.co.uk lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security, including by introducing malicious software or attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Our designs and content
All designs, photographs, text and other content on animexia.co.uk belong to ANIMEXIA LTD or are used under licence. They may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission. Tartan names and patterns are used in accordance with the Scottish Register of Tartans.

Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Should such an event affect your order, we will let you know as soon as possible and do all we can to minimise the delay.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
