This policy explains how ANIMEXIA LTD ("Animexia", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit animexia.co.uk, place an order or write to us. ANIMEXIA LTD is the data controller of your personal information and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC249779. We regard the trust you place in us as part of the care we take over every order, and we handle your information accordingly.

Order details: the products you purchase, your order history and payment confirmation. Card details are processed securely by our payment providers and are never stored by Animexia.

Correspondence: anything you share when writing to us.

How we use your information

To process, make and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds. Our lawful basis is the performance of our contract with you.
To reply to your correspondence and provide customer service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in assisting you.
To send you news and offers by email, only where you have given your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To understand how our website is used, improve it and measure our advertising, using cookies where you have given your consent.

How long we keep your information
