Delivery within the United Kingdom
Animexia delivers to addresses throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We regret that we are not yet able to deliver beyond the United Kingdom. Should you wish to be informed when this changes, please write to us at hello@animexia.co.uk.

The making of your case
Each Animexia case is made to order and is never drawn from stock. Once your order is confirmed, your case is made and inspected before dispatch. Orders are attended to Monday to Friday, excepting UK bank holidays.

Delivery times
Your case will ordinarily reach you within four to six working days of your order being placed, allowing for its making and its journey to you. These times are estimates and may vary at busier times of year.

Complimentary UK delivery
Delivery is complimentary on every order. No delivery charge is added at checkout.

Confirmation and tracking
You will receive a confirmation by email when your order is placed, followed by a second note on dispatch containing your tracking details.

Your delivery address
We ask that you check your delivery address with care before completing your order. We regret that, owing to our production schedule, an address cannot be amended once your case has entered production. Should you notice an error, please write to us at once and we will do all we can to assist.

Delayed or missing parcels
Should your parcel not arrive within the expected time, please first consult the tracking link in your dispatch note. If your parcel is shown as delivered but has not reached you, we suggest enquiring with neighbours and your local delivery office. Should the matter remain unresolved, please write to hello@animexia.co.uk quoting your order number and we will pursue it on your behalf.
