Return & Replacement Policy
Our Commitment Every Animexia case is made to order in the UK. We take care with every piece and stand behind the quality of what we produce.
Because each case is created specifically for you, our returns policy is straightforward.
Made to Order Products As all products are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect phone model selected at checkout, or personal preference after delivery.
Please check your phone model carefully before placing your order.
When Returns Are Accepted We will offer a replacement or full refund if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing fault, or an incorrect item was sent.
How to Request a Return If your order qualifies, contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@animexia.co.uk with your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief description. We will review and respond promptly.
Resolution Once approved, we will provide either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed shortly after approval. Your bank may require additional time to complete the transaction.
Return Shipping If the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are covered by us.
Delivery Concerns If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your courier first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us and we will assist where possible.
Your Rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
