Bespoke Creation Parameters
Because each protective tartan case is a bespoke creation produced individually upon final purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect phone model selections made at checkout, or personal aesthetic preference following delivery. We kindly ask that you verify your specific Apple iPhone generation with absolute care before completing your order, as our collection pages provide detailed compatibility indicators to ensure you select with complete confidence.
Authorized Resolution Frameworks
A comprehensive replacement or structural refund will be authorized exclusively under the following specific circumstances:

Initiating a Structural Review

Approved Resolutions
Once your review request has been verified and approved by our quality team, we will immediately initiate either a premium replacement dispatched at no additional cost to you or a full reversal to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days from the date of administrative confirmation, though we advise allowing additional processing time for your financial institution or card provider to reflect the transaction.
Return Shipping Integrity
Where a return is officially authorized due to a physical fault, transit damage, or incorrect dispatch, all corresponding postage costs will be covered in full by ANIMEXIA. As all commissions are dispatched through our unified United Kingdom operational networks, we will provide a prepaid courier returns label or reimburse postage costs upon the digital submission of your postal receipt. Transit and Delivery Concerns
If your official tracking indicates that your order has been successfully delivered but it remains missing, we highly recommend contacting your local delivery carrier in the first instance, as parcels are occasionally retained at local depots or secure collection points.
